Entry ni special dedicated untuk adik-adik yang baru lepas tamat pengajian di university dan mula berdampingan dengan Jobstreet untuk cari kerja..bertabahlah yer..I pun pernah camni dikkk

I've worked here for the past 6 years ++ until now and trust me that mencari pekerjaan tuh memang nampak susah pada mulanya, namun setelah melalui beberapa pengalaman, ia sebenarnya sangat mudah sesenang kacang poi giteww..

Korang jangan mudah putus asa ye...jangan ingat I cakap cenggini, pengalaman I dulu-dulu cari kerja mudah..noo..noo..nooo...meh #lemparkbelakang boleh baca link kat bawah I story pasal my previous experience kerja sebelum kekal simpul kasih ngan company skunk..cewahh

Basic thing kena ada, you have to know how to promote / sell yourself in front of future employer during interview session. Meh I story apa pengalaman yang I dapat hasil dari dok meng"interview" orang minggu ni..actually I'm looking for an assistant to assist me..

Candidate 1st

- baru tamat pengajian diploma dan akan graduate bulan Oktober nanti

- datang pakai kemas and bawak semua certs

- cakap banyak, cakap sikit gelak..cakap sikit gelak..akak pun heran deknon tang mana lawak

- beautiful handwriting : impression of neatness & tidiness

To me, she's OK but too young I guess with less experience in works and when I asked what's your favourite during spare time, she answered " I love to do makeup tutorial and posted it on Youtube.Ok now, you gave me an impression that you are into Youtube and video editing..so are you going to mengulat during office hours??? muehehe. Bagi la hobi lain dikkk..membaca keww....travelling keww..memasak keww..ni macam best sket, "nanti dapat kerja nak datang kerja naik apa ye since takde transport?"...kriik..kriikk.."takpe kak, saya naik Uber je everyday"..hihi

Candidate 2nd

- ex staff of national's oil & gas company (company P)

- proper attire and complete certs

- smart and serious, dier tenung I macam nak marah I tauuu..tatuut titteww

To me, she's overqualified because if she read the job scope posted online, this position is for an assistant therefore she should know market price for an assistant position instead of putting a salary of RM5K like what she had received from previous company. I urut dada banyak kali kusss semangat tengok asking salary diaa..She's looking for the same benefit that she had with previous company, yes we have benefits but ohmaii..don't be too demanding sayang as I pun every morning jalan kaki dari Kidzania nak ke ofis tauu..takdak basement parking bawah ofis, apatah lagi car benefits..muehehe.. Her concern mostly on the benefits, annual leave in which I guess, if later got less benefits, she will leave us for sure. Nasihat I, study lah dulu market price untuk position yang korang apply and study more on the job scope instead of emphasize more on annual leave, benefits, education loan..urghhhhh..bukan takdak benefit, adaaa..tapi jangan la tunjuk sangat in favour to benefits jee

Candidate 3rd

- have worked with government & private sector

- able to answer questions in proper way

- previous task is similar to what's required for this position

I like this candidate. She's well prepared since previous ada experience handling official task with government. She able to answers questions in a proper manner and confident to talk. She had experience of doing quite similar task with what's requested for this position.

 

Candidate 4th

- sebelum ni kerja kilang sarung tangan with low basic

- her face look scared, easily detected. Muka I manis je tauu I tak makan orang

- bercakap to us with hand like begging..you should just sit back and relax
 

She described herself coming from a poor family and really need this job to help the family. But she actually did a big mistake here. I don't bother about her family background because this is about equality. Every candidate will be evaluated in fair condition. When my boss checked through her certificates and resume, she actually put a false information in the resume. False information detected : different CGPA stated in resume as compared to what's stated in the college cert. You may think this is a small error, but to us as an employer, this represent who you are..how particular you are when editing documents..and worst case, employer may judge you as being dishonest. Again, please jangan cerita pasal nak tolong keluarga..nak bantu adik beradik because semua tu common sense yang memang patut kita buat tak kira kerja kat mana pun...bila nak cari kerja, we are looking for a candidate yang well spoken, confident..tau pasal job scope. When we asked " you write here..you plan to further study, how you are going to do it?"...she answered " I'll do it part time every weekend, ada education loan tak kerja di sini?"...ohmaiii..sambung study tu tak salah dikkk..tapi kalau I, I wont tell it upront or write it in job application form sebab in my case, I look for a long term employement, I takmau kerja sekejap, cuti study lah..bukan tak galakkan study, tapi depend on company..ada company support bagi education loan / sponsor, ada company allow further study tapi at your own cost and please..outside office hours. Better not telling it upfront sebab usually benefit untuk educational loan ni untuk pekerja yang dah lama berkhidmat ngan company.

Ok dah..cukup lah empat candidates. Rasa nak keluar wayar-wayar kepala..haha. I dah pilih yang berkenan di hati..nak tau siapa? Alah, kalau korang baca kat atas pun dah tau I berkenan siapa..hihi

 

Till then, buhbyeeee..cari keje leklok ye kalau tak dapat kerja lagi, Macam mana kau particular belek handbag LV time nak beli, macam tu jugak lah kau kena particular time present yourself to employer tauuu..mmuaaahh
