DIY to Maldives!

ye..saya tahu saya asyik post pasal nak gi bercuti jerr..mohon dilayan sajer sebab ni kan Friyay!!!

 

while scrolling the FB newsfeed yesterday, I jumpa one package untuk ke Maldives with quite affordable price and this trip is open to public..you can go alone then mingle with strangers or you can bring your loved ones as a couple..its all up to you. macam best je kan? aku ni dah lah acah-acah nak try travel solo..tapiii takkan la nak pi tempat honeymooners mcm Maldives ni pi sensorang lak kan tinggal En hubby kat umah ;p

 

Usually, when it comes to travel, I usually prefer if the itinerary is tailored and suits to my need and "kehendak" haha, so bermula lah acara melakar itinerary untuk mengetahui berapa actually roughly cost if "by hook or by crook" aku nak jugak2 sampai ke Maldives!

1. FLIGHT TICKET

first step, sila layari website AirAsia sebab dijamin penerbangan ini adalah penerbangan direct yang murah yang mampu membuatkan impian korang ke Maldives tercapai dalam berkelip-kelip mata..haha

contoh the cheapest date yang aku jumpa :

30th August 2016 - 3rd Sept 2016

 harganyer RM 1700 ++

korang jugak boleh guna skyscanner untuk dapatkan widest flight network and boleh buat price comparison kat situ. Usually kalau gi Maldives the perfect duration would be 5D4N sebab probably sampai malam and kena stay at main island and masa depart kena stay at main island, so island transfers ni tak time sebab resort yang santek-santek letops kebabom tuh sure ada kat private island yang a bit far from mainland

 

then, fikir pasal hotel. Okeh, Maldives ni actually constitutes of many-many islands around 1000++ kut tapi yang berpenghuni at least 100..airport sendiri terletak dalam satu pulau and memerlukan kita untuk naik ferry / boat / seaplane untuk ke island-island lain..Male is the capital city of Maldives.

 

HOTEL AT HULHUMALE ISLAND FOR 1 NIGHT

 

If via Air Asia, flight akan depart at 18:55pm from KLIA and akan sampai around 8:10pm waktu Male, Maldives. Bila dah sampai malam, ada baiknya lah stay area Hulhumale dulu semalam untuk tunggu island transfer esok pagi..dapat jimat kos penginapan sket sbb nak tido malam jer sebelum ke resort idaman tu esok pagi..

 

TRANSIT BEACH VIEW - RM 313/NIGHT (SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM)

 

HOTEL OCEAN GRAND - RM 387 / NIGHT (DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM) + FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER

 

HOTEL IDAMAN KALBU YANG KU NANTI-NANTIKAN FOR 2 NIGHTS

 

Esok paginyer, terus ke Hulhumale Ferry Terminal via taxi ker or jalan kaki ker, untuk naik ferry transfer ke Male..then from Male, tunggu another ferry ke private island di mana terletaknya resort syurga dunia idaman korang...and aku jugak!haha

 

ni pilihan I tau : CENTARA RAS FUSHI RESORT AND SPA located at Pulau Giraavaru

 

oh ya, jika korang orang kaya baru yang baru jumpa harta karun or memang dari azali kaya, silakan untuk naik sea plane ke resort ini di mana aku dengar citer, harga kos per trip boleh mencecah RM 1900...ooo mak aii dah sama harga return flight KL - Maldives - KL hehehe

eh ni la peluang maybe once in a lifetime tau.

 

harga nyer adalah USD 1,152 for water villa for 2 nights with half board package (breakfast + dinner included) and ada free servis untuk speedboat transfer (package from hotel website). If not, it will cost you USD 135 / pax / per transfer (mahal nih..bleh naik ferry biasa tapi lama la dalam 1hr pluss transfer from airport jetty ke Centara)

Note : Please request for Villa above than no.300 to get better sunset view

syioooknye lahai petang-petang lepak ujung balkoni tengok sunset..nak nari-nari Dilwale pun boleh tapi jangan lupa diri kut-kut terus terjunam dalam laut tuh

 

Time nak balik, repeat the same steps macam mana korang bleh sampai..hehe, cuma flight Air Asia time balik on 3rd Sep 2016 tuh, depart pukul 8:55pm and sampai KL around 4.30am

Sooo...roughly total cost would incurred

Hotel at Hulhumale (1 night arrive + 1 night depart) = RM 900++
Hotel at Centara (2 nights) = RM 4,507 (oh maii..haha)
Ferry transfer (mob/demob) = approx. RM 24 (RM 6/per pax/per trip)
Flight tickets = RM 1700++

Total = RM 7100++

kalau hotel private nak yang murah boleh jer cari brand lain..aku ni kes jatuh cinta abes kat Centara nih

 

so, pendek kata, kalau korang nak pegi korang boleh join trip organized by others (ada aku jumpa offer RM2900++ incl. flight ticket tapi stay kat hotel biasa ler yang nice jugak..jangan nak demand water villa bagai...kang dier pandang kau kecik besor kecik besor.) or korang boleh DIY yourself macam aku buat nih..
